Megan brings nearly two decades of experience in sleep medicine to her role as Clinical Director at Focus Sleep Centers. She began her career in 2006 and earned her Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) credential in 2011, followed by her RST certification.
Over the course of her career, Megan has directed operations for 15 sleep facilities, with a strong emphasis on staff training, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance. She has also played a key role in launching new sleep centers, supporting everything from staffing and workflow design to achieving accreditation.
Megan is deeply committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care while creating efficient, supportive environments for both patients and clinical teams. Her leadership is grounded in integrity, compassion, and a continuous drive to improve outcomes and streamline operations.
